MARK OELSCHLAGER, CFA
Mark Oelschlager, CFA is President, Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Oelschlager Investments. He is portfolio manager of Towpath Focus Fund (TOWFX) and Towpath Technology Fund (TOWTX). Mark Oelschlager has over 29 years of investment experience. He earned his BA in Economics from Trinity College in Connecticut and MBA from The Ohio State University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Prior to founding Oelschlager Investments, Mark served as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Oak Associates in Akron, Ohio. Mark is currently chair of the Akron Children's Hospital Foundation Board.

TINA OELSCHLAGER
Tina Oelschlager is co-founder and Chief Compliance Officer of Oelschlager Investments. She received her BS in Finance from The University of Akron and MBA from Case Western Reserve University. She has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to founding Oelschlager Investments, Tina assisted clients and shareholders of Oak Associates in Akron, Ohio, where her roles involved investor communications, operations, compliance, trading and marketing. Tina currently serves as a member of The University of Akron's Economics Advisory Board.

JULIE SMOULDER
Julie Smoulder serves as Director of Client Services at Oelschlager Investments. She earned her BS in Psychology from Campbellsville University in Kentucky and resides in North Royalton. Julie's professional experience includes accounting, search engine optimization (SEO), and various administrative functions. In her role at Oelschlager Investments, Julie assists clients in establishing new accounts, facilitates account transfers and rollovers, and manages vendor relationships for the firm. She provides ongoing client and shareholder communications and service.

BRYON TAN
Bryon Tan serves as office manager for Oelschlager Investments. He attended The University of Akron and resides in Jackson Township. Bryon previously operated his family's restaurant business in Canton for over 15 years, before embarking on commercial and residential real estate property management and investing. Bryon assists Oelschlager in administrative, operational and logistical tasks.
